Colombo: The Indian cricket team will tour Sri Lanka in August for a two-match Test series as part of the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) 2025–27, Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) announced on Friday.
The first Test will be played at the Galle International Cricket Stadium from August 15 to 19, while the second and final Test will be held at the Sinhalese Sports Club (SSC) in Colombo from August 23 to 27.

Both matches are scheduled to begin at 10:00 am local time.
The series will commence shortly after the conclusion of the Lanka Premier League (LPL) on August 8.
The two-Test contest will be crucial for both India and Sri Lanka as they aim to strengthen their positions in the ICC World Test Championship 2025–27 standings.
