England Whitewash India 4-0 in T20 Series; Tour Ends Without a Single Victory

London: England completed a dominant 4-0 series sweep over India after securing a 56-run victory in the final match of the five-match T20 series, with one game ending without a result. India finished the tour without registering a single win.

Batting first, England posted a formidable 257 runs, setting India a daunting target of 258. Despite their efforts, the visitors were bowled out for 201, handing England a comprehensive victory.

The series also marked an unwanted milestone for India captain Shreyas Iyer, who has now overseen six consecutive T20 defeats. Before the England tour, India had also lost the two-match T20 series against Ireland under his leadership.

India struggled throughout the tour, failing to produce consistent performances with either bat or ball. England, in contrast, dominated every department and comfortably outplayed the visitors to clinch the series in emphatic fashion.

The disappointing campaign raises fresh questions for Team India as they look to regroup ahead of their upcoming international assignments.
