NHAI Introduces Toll Plaza Feedback Feature on Rajmargyatra App

New Delhi: The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has introduced a ‘Toll Plaza Feedback’ feature on its Rajmargyatra mobile app, enabling National Highway users to share their experiences at toll plazas and flag issues requiring attention.

The initiative aims to strengthen citizen participation and help make highway journeys safer, smoother and more convenient.

Under the new system, annual pass users will receive a notification on the Rajmargyatra app after crossing a National Highway toll plaza, inviting them to submit feedback on their experience. Other users can also access the ‘Toll Plaza Feedback’ option through the app’s menu and share their views on any toll plaza.

Users can rate their experience on a scale, select options relevant to their journey and add remarks, if required. The facility is intended to provide a convenient channel for commuters to report concerns and highlight areas where toll plaza services need improvement.

NHAI said the feedback would help it identify and monitor service-related issues at toll plazas across the National Highway network.

The authority has encouraged highway users to actively use the feature, stating that citizen participation would help address concerns and improve the quality of services at toll plazas.
