Kyiv: At least 29 people were killed and 73 injured in a series of Russian attacks across Ukraine, with a hospital in Kharkiv among the targets, Ukrainian authorities said.
The strike damaged the hospital’s cardiology department while patients were undergoing treatment, according to reports.
